The cost of a whole animal is $4.75 plus the butcher costs.

As with purchasing a whole animals, a customer can determine what cuts they prefer.

The cost of a half is $4.95 a pound plus butcher costs.

A quarter of beef is cut to the standard used by most grocery stores unless two people who like the same specialty cuts.

Price per pound is $5.05 plus butcher costs.

An eighth is normally standard cuts. The cost is $5.25 per pound plus butchering.

We also have individual cuts of cuts of beef and lamb. All our beef is dry-aged, generally for 21 days.
